The Department of Management Studies, NIT Silchar, invites applications for its Two-Year Full-Time MBA Programme (2025-2027).
Eligibility :
- A Bachelor’s degree (Regular) with at least 60% marks or 6.5 CPI/CGPA on a 10-point scale.
- Relaxation: 5% marks or 0.5 CPI/CGPA for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
- Valid score in CAT (2023/2024) or MAT/CMAT (tests taken between Sept 2024 and March 2025) with a minimum 50 percentile.
- Final-year Bachelor’s degree students may apply, but must fulfill eligibility requirements before September 15, 2025.
Admission Process:
- Screening: Based on eligibility and entrance exam scores (CAT/MAT/CMAT).
- Selection Stages:
- 10th-grade performance: 10% weightage
- 12th-grade performance: 10% weightage
- Entrance exam score (CAT/MAT/CMAT): 50% weightage
- GD/WAT/Personal Interview: 30% weightage
Fee Structure:
- Without Hostel:
- 1st Semester: ₹1,02,870
- Subsequent Semesters: ₹45,370 each
- With Hostel (excluding mess fees):
- 1st Semester: ₹1,17,000
- Subsequent Semesters: ₹48,500 each
