NIT Kurukshetra, established in 1963 and recognized as an Institute of National Importance, is one of the premier engineering and management institutions in India. The Department of Business Administration offers a two-year full-time MBA program, focusing on developing business leaders with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree (10+2+3 system) from a recognized university.
- Minimum aggregate marks required:
- General/OBC/EWS: 50%
- SC/ST/PWD: 45%
- Candidates must have a valid CAT/CMAT/MAT/XAT or any other National Level Test score conducted between June 2024 – May 2025.
- Sponsored candidates must be employees of Government/PSU/Autonomous Bodies or Private Companies with a minimum 2 years of work experience. They do not require a national-level test score.
Admission Process
Admission will be based on:
- National Level Entrance Test Score (CAT/CMAT/MAT/XAT or equivalent) – 70 Marks
- Group Discussion (GD) – 20 Marks
- Personal Interview (PI) – 10 Marks
- Candidates must secure at least 50% in both GD & PI to qualify for the merit list.
- The final merit list will be displayed on the NIT Kurukshetra website and department notice board.

Total MBA seats available: 53 (Regular) + 7 (Sponsored) + 4 (Supernumerary) = 64

- Submit the completed application form with scanned documents via the official Google Form link (no other submission mode is accepted).
