KERALA MANAGEMENT APTITUDE TEST (KMAT) 2025 – SESSION I
Entrance Examination for MBA Admission
The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Government of Kerala, invites applications for the Kerala Management Aptitude Test (KMAT) – 2025 (Session I) for admission to MBA programmes in various universities, departments, and affiliated management colleges in Kerala.
Eligibility KMAT 2025
- Nationality: Indian and Non-Indian candidates can apply. However, only Keralite candidates are eligible for reservations and fee concessions.
- Age Limit: No age restrictions.
- Academic Qualification:
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree (minimum 3 years) in any discipline (Arts, Science, Engineering, Commerce, Management, or equivalent).
- Final-year students can also apply, provided they complete their degree before the admission process begins.
- Candidates must meet the minimum marks criteria prescribed by the universities they wish to apply to.
KMAT 2025 Exam Pattern (Computer-Based Test – CBT)
- Exam Date: 23rd February 2025
- Duration: 3 hours
- Total Questions: 180 (Objective Type, 4 marks each)
- Negative Marking: 1 mark deducted for every wrong answer

Qualifying Marks
- General/SEBC Category: 72 marks (10% of 720 total marks)
- SC/ST/PD Category: 54 marks (7.5% of 720 total marks)
Application Process & Fees
- Application Mode: Online only through www.cee.kerala.gov.in
- Application Fee:
- General/SEBC candidates: ₹1000/-
- SC candidates: ₹500/-
- ST candidates: Exempted from fee
- Payment Mode: Online via Internet Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card
- Documents Required: Candidates need to upload a recent passport-size color photograph and signature.

Admit Card & Exam Day Instructions
- Candidates can download their Admit Cards from 18th February 2025 onwards from www.cee.kerala.gov.in.
- The Admit Card must be brought to the exam hall along with a valid ID proof.
- No changes in exam date or center will be entertained once allotted.
Important Information
- Merely appearing in KMAT 2025 does not guarantee admission. Admission is subject to eligibility criteria set by respective universities and institutions.
- Candidates providing false or fabricated information will be disqualified and may face legal action.
- Incomplete applications or those not adhering to instructions will be rejected without notice.
