- Graduates or holders of a three-year diploma from any recognized University/Institute.
- Relaxation for Central/State Govt. employees and Armed Service Personnel (Serving/Retired) with three years of work experience.
Examination Centers:
Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Secunderabad, Lucknow, Guwahati, Bhubaneswar (subject to sufficient candidates).
