The Department of Management Studies, IIT Roorkee, invites applications for the Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme for the academic session 2025-27. This is a two-year regular residential programme designed to develop core management competencies and advanced skills in chosen specializations.
IIT Roorkee MBA Last Date for Applying
- Start Date for Online Applications: January 2, 2025
- Last Date for Submission: January 31, 2025 (5:00 PM)
- Shortlist Announcement: Third week of February 2025
- Group Discussion & Interview: March 2025
- Result Declaration: First week of May 2025
- Admission Registration & Document Verification: July 25, 2025
IIT Roorkee MBA Eligibility
- Academic Qualification:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwD).
- Candidates must have a valid CAT 2024 score.
- IIT Graduates with a CGPA of 7.0 or above (admitted through IIT-JEE) are exempted from CAT.
- Final Year Students:
Candidates in the final year of their undergraduate programme may also apply, subject to fulfilling eligibility criteria by the specified date.
Admission Categories
- Regular Candidates
- Golden Girl Scheme: Direct admission for eligible female candidates with certain academic distinctions.
- Full-Time Sponsored Candidates: Requires two years of work experience in relevant fields.

Application Process
- Visit IIT Roorkee MBA Admissions.
- Complete the online application form.
- Upload necessary documents as per the brochure.
- Pay the application fee:
- General/OBC/EWS: ₹1,600
- SC/ST/PwD: ₹800
- Female Candidates: No Fee
- International Candidates: USD 75 (SAARC), USD 150 (Non-SAARC)
