Admission Notice: Doctoral Programme in Management (DPM) 2025-2029
Indian Institute of Management Rohtak (IIM Rohtak) invites applications for the Doctoral Programme in Management (DPM) – Batch 13 (2025-2029). This full-time residential doctoral programme aims to develop high-quality researchers and academicians in various disciplines of management.

Eligibility
Candidates must have one of the following qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 55% marks and professional qualifications such as CA, ICWA, CS, or LLB.
- MBBS degree holders with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Four-year Bachelor’s degree (8 semesters) with at least 6.0 CGPA or equivalent.
- Five-year Integrated Master’s Degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks.
- Candidates in the final year of their Master’s programme can also apply, subject to submission of final results by December 31, 2025.
IIM Rohtak PhD 2025 Admission Process
- Candidates must have a valid test score (not older than 5 years) in CAT/GRE/GMAT/GATE/UGC-NET in relevant disciplines.
- Candidates with PGDM/MBA from IIMs with a minimum CGPA of 6.5 out of 10 are eligible for direct interview and exemption from first-year coursework.
- Candidates with a Master’s degree, M.Phil., or Master’s degree with a thesis in the relevant discipline can appear for the Research Aptitude Test (RAT) conducted by IIM Rohtak.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Personal Interview to assess their intellectual capabilities and research aptitude.

Financial Assistance for IIM Rohtak PhD 2025 Scholars
- Stipend: ₹34,000 per month (first two years), ₹40,000 per month (after two years).
- Merit Scholarship: ₹10,000 per month (second year), ₹15,000 per month (third & fourth years).
- Contingency Grant: ₹2,50,000 for research support over four years.
- Conference & Research Support: Funding available for national/international conferences and global academic exchange visits.
