Candidates must have a first-class academic record and meet the following qualifications:

IIIT Bhubaneswar PhD 2025 Application
- Pay the Non-refundable Application Fee: ₹1000 via SBI Collect
- Visit SBI Collect and select “INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY.”
- Apply Online:
- Fill the form via IIIT Bhubaneswar Admissions Portal
- Use a Gmail account for registration.
- Upload Required Documents:
- Academic certificates from 10th grade to postgraduate level (PDF format)
- GATE/NET scorecard (if applicable)
- No Objection Certificate (for employed candidates)
- Odisha Nativity Certificate (if applying under FTIF category)
Applications without the application fee will not be processed.
Selection Procedure
Selection is based on academic qualifications and admission tests:

- Written Test (70 Marks, 90 Minutes):
- Aptitude (Common for All Branches): 11 Questions (22 Marks)
- Branch-Specific Technical Questions: 24 Questions (48 Marks)
- Syllabus: UGC-NET (for CSE & ECE), GATE (for Engineering), CSIR-NET (for Science Subjects)
- Research Aptitude Test (RAT):
- Candidates must review and present two research papers in their discipline.
- Submit the PDF report via email by 5th March 2025.
- Bring a printout and a PowerPoint presentation for evaluation.
- Personal Interview: Subject knowledge and research aptitude assessment.
