Eligibility Criteria
For M.Sc. and M.A. Economics:
- Educational Qualification:
- A Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) in aggregate.
- Candidates in their final year of graduation (2024-2025) may apply, subject to provisional admission until results are declared.
- Entrance Exam:
- Admission will be based on CUET (PG) 2025 scores.

- Last Date for Application: After the CUET results (Exact date to be updated on the website).
- Merit List Declaration: After CUET results are announced.
- Commencement of Classes: Second week of July 2025.
GIPE MSc Economics & MA Economics Fees Structure
For Indian and SAARC Students:
- M.Sc. Economics: ₹2,50,000 per year
- M.Sc. (Agribusiness Economics): ₹1,82,000 per year
- M.Sc. (Population Studies and Health Economics): ₹97,000 per year
- M.A. Economics: ₹78,600 per year (Open/OBC); ₹26,800 (SC/ST/Reserved).
For NRI/OCI/International Students:
- ₹5,32,800 per year for M.Sc. and M.A. programmes.
Additional Fee:
- Library Deposit (Refundable): ₹1,480
Application Process
- Register and apply through the GIPE portal: www.gipe.ac.in.
- Complete the CUET registration on the NTA website and upload your scores after CUET results.
- Pay the non-refundable application fee:
- ₹500 (General/OBC)
- ₹250 (SC/ST/Reserved Categories).
