The University of Kashmir invites online applications from eligible candidates for admission to Diploma and Certificate programs offered through the Centre for Distance and Online Education for the academic session February 2025. Candidates are advised to thoroughly review the Prospectus-2024/Admission Policy available on the University website before submitting their application forms.

Note: Candidates currently enrolled in PG programs on a regular basis are also eligible to apply for these courses.

- Start of Online Application: February 19, 2025
- Last Date for Submission: February 28, 2025
Mode of Selection
- Admission will be strictly based on academic merit of the qualifying examination.
- Admissions shall be governed by the Admission Policy and University Statutes.
Application Process
- Visit www.kashmiruniversity.net or www.kashmiruniversity.ac.in and click on Admissions.
- Register as a new student and create a Username and Password for future reference.
- Log in and fill in the required details.
- Upload a recent passport-size photograph and submit the form.
- Pay the non-refundable application fee:
- Rs. 400/- for one course (including Rs. 150/- application fee and Rs. 250/- processing fee).
- Rs. 250/- for each additional course.
- Download and keep a hard copy of the application form for reference.
Additional Information
- Candidates should check their fee payment status within three days of submission.
- In case of fee reconciliation issues, candidates must contact the Directorate of Admissions & Competitive Examinations.
