Important Dates
- Application Availability: From 3rd January 2025 on the official university website (www.dmu.ac.in).
- Application Submission Deadline: 23rd January 2025 by 4:00 PM.
- Application Fee:
- ₹500/- for General and OBC candidates.
- ₹300/- for SC/ST/PWD/EWS candidates.
Application Process
- Download the application form from www.dmu.ac.in.
- Pay the application fee in cash at the Finance Section, Administrative Block, DMU.
- Submit the completed application form, along with relevant documents and proof of fee payment, to the Head of the concerned department by the deadline.
Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s degree with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade (5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWD candidates).
- Candidates with an M.Phil. degree or equivalent qualification are also eligible.
- Regular in-service teachers/staff of DMU may apply with permission and required approvals.
- Final semester candidates of the qualifying degree may apply, subject to document submission within 45 days of the entrance test.
Admission Details
- Seats/Vacancies: Decided by the respective departments.
- Mode of Selection: As determined by the concerned departments.
- Scholarships: No provision for scholarships for Ph.D. students.
