The Central Tribal University of Andhra Pradesh (CTUAP) is a prestigious institution established on 5th August 2019 under the Central Universities (Amendment) Act, 2019. Fully funded by the Government of India through the University Grants Commission (UGC).

B.Sc. Chemistry (Honours/Honours with Research)4 Years10+2 or equivalent with Chemistry as a subject from a recognized board with at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/PwD).
B.Sc. Geology (Honours/Honours with Research)4 Years10+2 or equivalent in the science stream with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology/Geology from a recognized board with at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/PwD).

Notes:

  • All admissions shall be made through CUET (UG) & (PG)  conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
  • The percentage requirements are for General, EWS, and OBC categories. For SC/ST/PwD, the minimum percentage is 5% lower than the general category.
  • The grading scale of the respective university will be considered for eligibility if applicable.

Scholarships

Eligible students can apply for scholarships through the National Scholarship Portal and the Jnanabhoomi Scholarship for students from Andhra Pradesh.


Hostel – Please Note

While the university currently does not have its own hostel facilities, students can avail private hostel and paying guest accommodations in the vicinity.
