JOIN AS AGNIVEERVAYU 2026 INTAKE
The Indian Air Force invites online applications from unmarried Indian male and female candidates for the Agniveervayu Intake 01/2026 Under Agnipath Scheme.
AGNIVEERVAYU 2026 Last Date to Apply:
- Online Registration: Opens at 11:00 AM on 7 January 2025 and closes at 11:00 PM on 27 January 2025.
- Online Examination: Begins from 22 March 2025 onwards.

Eligibility
Date of Birth:
Candidates must be born between 1 January 2005 and 1 July 2008 (inclusive).
Educational Qualifications
(a) Science Subjects:
Candidates should meet one of the following criteria:
- Passed Intermediate/10+2 or equivalent with Mathematics, Physics, and English, achieving at least 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
- Three-year Diploma Course in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Automobile/Computer Science/Instrumentation Technology/Information Technology) from a recognized Polytechnic Institute with at least 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in either Diploma or Intermediate/Matriculation (if English was not studied in Diploma).
- Two-year Vocational Course in non-vocational subjects including Physics and Mathematics, with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in Vocational Course or Intermediate/Matriculation.
(b) Other than Science Subjects:
- Passed Intermediate/10+2 or equivalent in any stream (Arts/Commerce/Science) with at least 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
- Two-year Vocational Course from recognized Boards with at least 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in either Vocational Course or Intermediate/Matriculation.
Candidates with a combination of Science Subjects and Other Subjects must appear for examinations in both streams, with results declared in one sitting.
Examination Fee:
- INR 550/- plus GST (to be paid online).
