Eligibility
- Any graduate is eligible to apply.
- There is no age restriction for admission.
- Admission is offered on a first-come, first-served basis to candidates fulfilling the eligibility conditions.

Admission Process & Required Documents
Candidates must upload the following documents along with the online application form:
- S.S.C. Certificate
- Intermediate Certificate
- Graduation Marks Memo
- Degree Certificate (Original – will be returned after verification)
- One set of self-attested copies of all certificates (Non-returnable)
- SC/ST/BC/PHC candidates must upload a valid caste/disability certificate
Examination Rules & Guidelines
- Examinations are conducted at Osmania University, Hyderabad, and other notified centers.
- Semester-end exams will be held as per the university schedule.
- Students must submit the examination application form online along with the prescribed fee.
- Minimum passing criteria:
- Internals: 50%
- Theory papers: 40% (University Examinations)
- Practical papers: 50%
- Overall aggregate: 40%
Assignments & Study Material
- Submission of handwritten assignments is mandatory at the end of each semester.
- Assignments carry 20-30 marks and will be added to university exam scores.
- A fee of ₹300/- must be paid online for assignment submission.
- Study material will be provided in one or two installments, either in person or by post.
Contact Classes & Practical Sessions
- A 10-day Contact-Cum-Counseling Program will be held at the end of each semester.
- Notifications regarding the schedule and venue will be sent via SMS and the university website.
- Students must arrange their own accommodation for attending the contact classes.
Examinations & Re-registration
- Students must pay examination fees online and download hall tickets from the university website.
- Those failing to appear for exams will be allowed to reappear in subsequent semesters.
- Students failing to complete the course within two years must pay ₹500/- per year for re-registration.
Certification
- Upon successful completion, students can apply online for Diploma Certificate / Marks Memo from the Examination Branch, Osmania University.
- Bonafide and Migration Certificates can be obtained via the university website.
