MHT-CET Engineering Pharmacy Architecture Test Notice

What is MHT-CET ?

The Government of Maharashtra has established the State Common Entrance Test Cell to conduct various entrance examinations for admission to professional courses across Maharashtra, India. The primary objective of the Cell is to streamline the admission process for courses in fields such as Engineering, Management, Pharmacy, Agriculture, Law, Medical, AYUSH, and Fine Arts.

Full form of MHT-CET is Maharashtra Health and Technical Common Entrance Test.

The following test is for Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) admissions in Engineering, Pharmacy, and Architecture programs.


MHT-CET Engineering & Other Courses:

  • Undergraduate Courses:
    • Bachelor of Engineering and Technology
    • Pharmacy Degree Course
    • B. Planning
  • Integrated Postgraduate Courses:
    • Master of Engineering and Technology
    • Pharm. D PG Degree
    • M. Planning

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Engineering/Technology (B.E/B.Tech): Must have passed or appeared in HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Technical Vocational subjects.
  • Pharmacy (B.Pharm): Must have passed or appeared in HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Mathematics or Biology.
  • B.Planning: Passed HSC or equivalent with Mathematics as a compulsory subject.
  • Integrated PG Programs: Candidates must have passed the relevant undergraduate programs as per the specific course requirements.

Application Process:

  • Registration: Online registration from 30th December 2024 to 15th February 2025.
  • Late Registration: With an additional late fee of ₹500 from 16th February 2025 to 22nd February 2025.
  • Payment Deadline: Till 23rd February 2025 (online mode only).

Test Schedule:

  • Exam Mode: Online (Computer-Based Test).
  • Admit Card: To be notified later via candidate login.
  • Exam Dates: To be announced later. Group-wise shifts will be detailed in the admit card.
    • Group I (PCM):
      • Morning Shift: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
      • Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
    • Group II (PCB):
      • Morning Shift: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
      • Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Please Note:

  • Admit Card & ID Proof: Mandatory to carry to the exam hall.
  • Exam Centers: Details will be available on the admit card.
