Admission Alert: DDCET 2025 Exam for Admission to Second Year (Third Semester) of Degree Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) and Degree Pharmacy after Diploma Engineering/Pharmacy

Applications are invited for admission to the Second Year (Third Semester) of Degree Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) and Degree Pharmacy after Diploma Engineering/Pharmacy for the academic year 2025-26 in Government, Grant-in-Aid, and Unaided Colleges across Gujarat.
Eligibility :
- Candidates who have passed a Diploma from a recognized Board/University in Gujarat in admission year 2023-24 or earlier.
- Candidates who have passed a Diploma from a recognized Board/University across India with at least 50% marks in Government institutions (Candidates appearing in the last semester are also eligible).
- Students with Bachelor of Science and Diploma Vocational qualifications as per AICTE norms.
- Candidates with backlogs (Semester 1 to 6) are eligible to apply if their final results are pending.
DDCET 2025 Exam Structure:
- Paper-Based Test (PBT) conducted across Gujarat.
- Marking Scheme:
- +2 marks for each correct answer.
- -0.5 marks for each wrong answer and multiple attempts.
- Unattempted questions carry no marks deduction.
- Subjects Covered:
- Engineering: Basics of Engineering, Technical Knowledge, Analytical & Soft Skills
- Pharmacy: Pharmacy Practice, Analytical & Soft Skills

- Registration Opens: 27 January 2025, 1:00 PM
- Registration Closes: 30 March 2025, 12:00 Midnight
- Awareness Schedule: 6 February – 28 February 2025
- Admit Card Download: 10 April 2025
- Exam Date: 19 April 2025
Registration Process:
- Candidates must upload relevant documents online.
- Pay a non-refundable registration fee of ₹250 online.
- No need to submit hard copies or additional documents.
Exam Centers:
- Conducted at multiple locations across Gujarat.
- Candidates can choose three exam centers in their order of preference.
