The Department of Management Studies (DoMS), IIT Madras, ranked 16th in NIRF 2023 (Management Category), invites applications for its prestigious MBA Programme for the academic year 2025-26.

Eligibility
Who Can Apply
- Graduates in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of:
- 60% marks (or First Class) for General/OBC categories.
- 55% marks for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
- Final-year students meeting the above criteria are also eligible to apply, provided they complete their qualifying degree requirements before the program starts and submit a provisional certificate by September 30, 2025.
Prerequisites
- Indian Nationals: Valid CAT 2024 score.
- Foreign Nationals/NRI: Valid GMAT score.
- Sponsored Candidates: Graduates with at least two years of work experience in the same organization (valid CAT score not required).
- Exemptions:
- IIT graduates with a CGPA of 8.0 or above (on a 10-point scale) are exempt from the CAT requirement.
- Defense personnel applying through the sponsored category are exempt from the CAT requirement.
Application Process
- Online Application:
Applications must be submitted through the DoMS, IIT Madras MBA application portal. - Documents Required:
- Passport-size photo and signature.
- CAT/GMAT scorecard (as applicable).
- Relevant category certificates (OBC-NCL, EWS, SC/ST, PwD, etc.).
- Consolidated grade sheet and CGPA-to-percentage conversion certificate.
- Citizenship certificate (for Foreign Nationals/NRI).
- Application Fee:
- General, OBC, Foreign Nationals: ₹1,600
- SC/ST/PwD: ₹800
- Payment Mode: Internet banking, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI.
- Application Deadline:
The online application form must be submitted by January 31, 2025 (Midnight).
