Notice for Admission to Post Diploma DNB Courses 2025
Online applications are invited from qualified, eligible, and interested candidates who have cleared the DNB-PDCET-2024 examination. Admission will be conducted based on the Merit List of DNB-PDCET-2024 for Post Graduate Medical Admission Counselling (PGMAC)-2024 for Post Diploma DNB Courses in Government Medical Colleges of Bihar.
Available Courses
Admissions are open for the following institutions:
- S.K.M.C., Muzaffarpur
- DMC, Darbhanga
For institution-wise and category-wise seat details, refer to Table-3(C) in the PGMAC-2024 Prospectus, available on the BCECE Board’s website under the “PGMAC-2024” section.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Passed Diploma in the corresponding DNB Courses.
- Entrance Exam: Qualified in the DNB-PDCET-2024 examination conducted by NBEMS.
- Employment: Working as a Medical Officer in the Government of Bihar on a regular basis.
Application Process
- Registration: Visit the BCECEB website and register using the DNB PDCET-2024 Roll Number and Date of Birth.
- Filling the Application: Provide personal, educational, and professional information.
- Uploading Documents: Upload passport-size photograph and signature.
- Preview and Payment: Review the application form and pay a non-refundable counselling fee of ₹2200/- via online modes such as Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
- Download Application: Save and print Parts A & B of the completed application form for counselling purposes.

- Online Registration Begins: 16.01.2025
- Online Registration Ends: 22.01.2025 (10:00 PM)
- Last Date for Fee Payment: 22.01.2025 (11:59 PM)
- Online Application Editing: 23.01.2025
- Rank Card / Merit List Publication: 25.01.2025
- Online Counselling Start Date: To be announced later.
Note
- Applicants must ensure all entries are correct before submission. Post-submission corrections are limited to the specified date.
- Counselling fees are non-refundable, and incomplete applications will not be considered.
- The BCECE Board reserves the right to amend any conditions before counselling.
